To The End

The consultations are progressing not without movements that could have been imagined even before.

Fratelli d'Italia said it was not available for the participation of a Draghi government. Once again, I see a consistency on the part of Giorgia Meloni between deeds and words that she says. I do not consider myself to be similar to her vision, but I must acknowledge to her a seriousness that always seems she put in front of everything. Although I am not of the same nature as her, I recognise this fact of seriousness, and it is a very good thing, although, and I am sorry to say, I see many critical issues in her being. I do not allow myself to go into specifics also because they are personal opinions, but once again he has proved to be a consistent person and this is to be acknowledged.

Consistency that I find once again lacking in the leader of the Lega, who unlike his in theory ally of Fratelli d'Italia, decided to set aside for a more personal interest than anything else. I am not saying that this is the wrong decision, absolutely, but the problem is the political leader of the party that does not suit the role. I repeat, I would be very curious to see another member at the head of this party. Also because I see a lack of loyalty to the ally Meloni, who has always said to put the interest of the center-right above all personal interest. Theleader of the Lega for an image factor cannot afford to stay out of this government, he would lose too much support, and consensus is what he seeks. My personal opinion is that the presence of this person within the governing group could lead to many frictions, with a memory to be associated with him the presence of the leader of Italia Viva, another character, I am sorry to say, which unfortunately does not convince me. I repeat, I would be extremely curious to see the Lega party with another Secretary.

With regard to the M5S positive notes seem to come from within the Movement. Beppe Grillo attended a meeting with representatives of the Movement and expressed optimism in his support for a Draghi government. Let us see if they will vote within their platform among the members, but I hope for a positive outcome. The M5S notices that it is little by little changing its ways to say a little ''strict'', while still trying to maintain its vision. He's still relatively young, but let's see. I think it is important that he is present in the formation of the government for the good work done in my opinion with PD and Leu during his past experience.

In conclusion, a large majority is on the horizon. This could lead to problems in a few months/a year, for 3 reasons: one for wanting early elections that in my opinion will make some bad jokes to someone; a second for the fact that European funds are due to arrive soon. I am seeing a lot of parties as vultures, so I have no problem saying that the Lega and Italia Viva parties do not convince me at all on these two points. With regard to the second point, it is all this small party presence that makes me seem strange, because I wonder why they did not support the previous government. In theory, the things to do should be the same; and a third point concerns the forthcoming election of the President of the Republic, which is due to take place next year.

Very calmly in the next few days we will see the evolution of things.
