After watching and listening to the speech, I feel I must fully support Prime Minister Mario Draghi.
I do not think we should comment in depth on this speech, because it is to be seen and heard. I do not think that the issues dealt with are possible in these two years missing from the new elections, but the points touched on, with a programmatic and extremely clear vision of the future, have shown me a stronger future for Italy. Future, organization, modernisation, environment, respect for rights, deep seriousness, call to responsibility, belonging to the European context are what the country needs.
Draghi's person is the best. His skills, his knowledge are what the country needs.
I have been living in the United Kingdom for several years now and since I arrived here I wonder why in Italy we cannot behave and plan in the same way that many countries do, with the reference to the seriousness and interest of the citizen. Citizen that Draghi made clear at the center of his speech, with a deep sense of responsibility towards the nation, which is made up of all citizens. With this speech I perceived the possibility of progress towards a prosperous future.
Italy is a fantastic country.
Full and total support to the person of Mario Draghi, not to the formation of government, but to Mario Draghi. Because politicians have all too often shown that they are treacherous and disloyal. This was very important when he called on President Draghi to take seriousness towards everyone.
I will end by reiterating my support for Mario Draghi and advising everyone to see the speech, because 51 minutes should not be a problem to be found.
